Sachin runs a range of workshops for amateurs and seasoned artists alike to develop and explore new art forms related to his practice. Learn to capture the art of movement, return to playfulness of movement and painting and explore the technique of Japanese-style painting. 

 

He hosts regular one-off workshops and courses in Bristol at the Island and Bristol Folk House as well as curating events for parties and businesses. Recently delivered a workshop for Google in London.

Live-Motion Drawing Workshop

Learn to capture the art of movement

The sessions cover fundamental techniques (such as gesture drawing, form and dynamic composition) and explorative techniques to help you translate the energy and vitality of dance onto paper.

Japanese-Style Painting Workshop

Explore the dynamic dance of brushstrokes and nuances of black ink

The workshops are an invitation to practice the Zen of brushwork using calligraphy brushes, black ink, water, and rice paper. Immerse yourself in capturing the essence and beauty of plants and flowers. Find calm and enjoyment in the meditative process and unleash your creativity as you allow your spirit to flow through the brush.

Return to the playfulness of creativity through movement

Play & Paint blend movement play and art in 4-hour workshops. Participants are guided through a combination of dance, meditation and painting exercises to help unlock creativity.
